Adaptive Re-Use of the iconic Las Vegas White Cross Building located on Las Vegas Blvd. The majority of the existing building will be remodeled with interior restoration of the existing wood bow truss ceiling and other key elements. The project also consists of two-story new construction additions to both the east and west sides of the structure. The mixed-use project will consist of new commercial hospitality, retail, office space, and exterior patio areas.
